‘Model Image’ at Bridge Cottage is an exhibition celebrating the glamorous life of June Duncan, Liverpool’s very own Supermodel of the 1950’s.

As a Haute Couture model in Paris, she wore some of the most iconic designs of the decade. This wonderful workshop will celebrate those striking silhouettes, creating dynamic illustrations using watercolour and black ink, highlighting the sculptural, instantly recognisable shapes that define the 1950’s.

While studying Fashion at Central Saint Martins my favourite classes were always the fashion illustration ones, I loved creating a character and mood to bring the garments to life!

I will demonstrate each technique at the start of the session to help you get started.

All materials are provided, along with hot drinks and sweet treats.

Public parking can be found on the roads around Bridge Cottage, Port Sunlight train station is approx 2 minute walk away.
